THE RULES OF THE GUILD

By accessing or using Guildom ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Guildom
• You must be a current student or alumnus of a verified institution
• You must provide accurate information during registration Account Responsibility
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Guildom operates on a trust-based reputation system. By using the Platform, you agree to the following: Trust Score
• Your Trust Score is calculated based on your activity, vouches, and community standing
• Trust Scores are visible to other members and may affect your access to features
• Manipulation of Trust Scores (fake vouches, coordinated boosting) is prohibited Vouches
• When you vouch for another member, you stake a portion of your own reputation
• If the person you vouch for violates Terms, your Trust Score may be affected
• False vouches or vouch manipulation will result in account penalties Trust Decay
• Trust naturally decays over time without continued positive engagement
• This ensures active participation is rewarded
• You can maintain your Trust Score through genuine platform engagement Karma System
• Karma points are earned through positive contributions
• Karma cannot be transferred, sold, or purchased
• Karma may grant access to certain features or opportunities

You agree NOT to use Guildom to: Prohibited Content
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Post content that is obscene, defamatory, or harassing Prohibited Conduct
• Impersonate another person or institution
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Spam, phish, or send unsolicited messages
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
• Interfere with the Platform's security or functionality Professional Standards
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Respect confidentiality of private conversations
• Do not share others' personal information without consent
• Honor commitments made to other members (mentorship, referrals, etc.) Enforcement
• Violations may result in warnings, Trust Score penalties, or account termination
• Severe violations may be reported to appropriate authorities
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

War Rooms are collaborative spaces on Guildom. By participating, you agree to: Participation Standards
• Contribute constructively to discussions
• Respect diverse opinions and perspectives
• Cite sources when sharing information
• Disclose conflicts of interest Content Ownership
• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant Guildom a license to display and distribute your content within the Platform
• Content in public War Rooms may be visible to all members Moderation
• War Room creators may set additional rules for their spaces
• Guildom may moderate content that violates Terms
• Appeals can be submitted through our Trust & Safety team Bounties & Rewards
• Bounties are subject to the terms set by their creators
• Guildom does not guarantee bounty fulfillment
• Disputes should be resolved between parties; Guildom may mediate

Guildom facilitates mentorship connections and referrals: Mentorship
• Mentors volunteer their time; there is no guarantee of availability
• Mentorship relationships are between the parties; Guildom is not responsible for outcomes
• Mentors should provide honest, constructive guidance
• Mentees should respect mentors' time and boundaries Referrals & Introductions
• Referrals are made at the sole discretion of the referring member
• Accepting a referral request is not guaranteed
• Members who provide referrals stake their reputation on the referred person
• Misuse of the referral system will result in penalties Job Opportunities
• Job listings are provided by third parties or members
• Guildom does not verify all job postings and is not responsible for hiring outcomes
• Apply at your own discretion

Guildom's IP
• The Platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Guildom
• "Guildom," the Guildom logo, and related marks are our trademarks
• You may not use our IP without written permission Your Content
• You retain ownership of content you create and share on Guildom
• By posting, you grant Guildom a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform
• This license ends when you delete your content or account DMCA & Copyright
• We respect intellectual property rights
• If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact: legal@guildom.com
• Include: description of copyrighted work, location on Platform, your contact info
• We will respond in accordance with applicable law

Service "As-Is" Guildom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. No Guarantees We do not guarantee:
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform
• That the Platform will be error-free
• That connections will lead to specific outcomes
• The accuracy of information provided by other members Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Guildom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for actions of other members Member Interactions
• Interactions with other members are at your own risk
• Guildom is not responsible for member conduct
• Exercise caution when sharing personal or professional information

Your Right to Terminate
• You may delete your account at any time through Settings
• Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
• Some data may be retained as required by law Our Right to Terminate We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms
• Your Trust Score falls below minimum thresholds
• You engage in harmful behavior toward other members
• We are required to do so by law Effects of Termination
• You lose access to the Platform and all features
• Your profile and public content may be removed
• Karma and Trust Score are forfeited
• Obligations you've made (if any) may be transferred Appeals
• You may appeal termination decisions to trust@guildom.com
• Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days

Informal Resolution Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@guildom.com and attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days. Binding Arbitration If informal resolution fails:
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with Indian Arbitration Act
• Arbitration shall take place in New Delhi, India
• You waive the right to participate in class actions Exceptions The following may be pursued in court:
• Intellectual property disputes
• Claims for injunctive relief
• Small claims court matters Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications
• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance Review Responsibility
